The CEO, as part of her lined up activities to mark her 60th birthday secured the release of the inmates through the payment of their fines, also donated some bags of rice, beans , oil and other foodstuff to the facility.

Princess Grace John during the visit to the facility said, the gesture is part of her social responsibility and humanitarian services, adding that she understood the need to help people through empowerment and provision of items.

CEO Appliqués donated some religious books like the Holy Bible to them noting that daily reading of the Bible would reform their lives and that they should see the Centre as a correction ground so when they are out, they would be better persons in the society.

In his remark, the Officer who received the celebrant and her team on behalf of the Officer inCharge, Deputy Controller Abdulahi Madaki, thanked the celebrant for her kind gesture, urging her to always offer psychological support to the released inmates

He however admonished the released inmates to stay away from crime so as not to be brought back to the Centre.

Princess Grace John during her visit to Gifted and Talented Orphanage Home, Lugbe Abuja donated foodstuff to the children

She noted that she is taking the orphanage as one of her ministries as she would continue to support them as long as she lives.

On her part, Miss Chinecherem Onyemachukwu , daughter of the Orphanage Home Principal thanked the Diamond Jubilee Celebrant for sharing her 60th birthday with them, adding that that gesture has put lot of smiles on the faces of the children.

Noting that the Orphanage Home is to bring up children in a Godly way, the home has 32 children who are all in school except the very little ones.

She however called on spirited individuals and organizations to emulate the kind gesture of Princess Grace John to reach out to them.

The internally displaced Camp in Durumi, Abuja was not left out on this humanitarian gesture as Princess Grace John also visited the IDP Camp where she donated foodstuff to the people living there.
